For this learning event, we are asked to consider the noises in our home. Since I live in an apartment complex, I tend to hear quite a bit every now and then.
Early in the morning my neighbors start their day, so I know right away that there will be stomping around and kids typically running and getting ready for school. I’ll hear my neighbor’s dog run outside of my and start barking at the squirrels and cats out side of my window.
During the day it is fairly quiet at my house because my roommate is either working or at school. The entire apartment complex is quite outside my window, except the fact that the cats outside like to have fun.
However, on the Fridays, my apartment is loud as ever. The landscaping company comes and starts EARLY and seems to be the loudest around my window. Saturday mornings are quite but the nights are a different story. My neighbor loves to play music loudly and have a lot of people come over, typically they knock on my door mistaking it for his which gets really annoying. But all of that fades away Sunday when everybody just likes to relax.
I’m sure I’m over looking some sounds but these are the sounds that are more common in my everyday routine.
